Course Information

All participants must be 18 years of age or older.

ID verification is completed for all participants at the training check-in.

This course includes physical movement and active participation. Participants are required to bring and wear the following:

– Water bottle

– Pen and paper for note-taking

– Comfortable walking shoes

– Clothing suitable for active training environments and modest in appearance

Attendance & Administrative Requirements:

– All participants must arrive at least 10 minutes prior to the scheduled start time for check-in.

– Participants must complete the official check-out process to receive credit and recognition for course completion.

– Late arrivals will not be admitted into the training session under any circumstances.
